[Adobe] License Expired / Subscription Paused / Access Request / Unable to Use — Solution Guide



When opening Adobe apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro, you may see a message such as “License Expired,” “Subscription Paused,” “Access Request,” or “Unable to Use.” If this happens, please follow the steps below to restore access.







✅ Step 1: Check the Latest Valid Team


Go to the subscription management page:


👉 https://www.nfxbus.com/#/plat/subscribe


After entering the page, click:


👉 【View Latest Valid Team】
The system will show the latest licensed team that is currently available.






✅ Step 2: Sign In Again to Creative Cloud Desktop



Please follow these steps in order:



  1. Completely quit Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.



  1. Reopen Creative Cloud Desktop.
  2. Sign in to your Adobe account again.
  3. When the “Select Team” screen appears, choose the latest valid team.




✅ Step 3: Restart the Adobe App



After signing in and selecting the correct team:



  • Double-click the Adobe app you want to use and open it again.
  • Your access should now be restored.

  • The platform updates licensed teams regularly.
  • If you see a license expiration or access request message again in the future, simply follow this guide again to resolve the issue.
