【Deezr】Why is there a usage record for the subscription I purchased?
- The Deezer subscription services we provide use a long-term renewal model. As a result, unused Deezer accounts may be reassigned, and the subscription account you receive may still contain playback history or playlists from a previous user.
- You can delete any playlists or content you do not need. Then, please refer to: “How to transfer your own playlists to your NFXBUS subscription account” to copy the playlists you want to listen to.
- If you notice that someone else is still using the account, it may be because a previous user continued accessing it after their subscription expired, which violates the usage agreement. In this case, please contact our online customer support. We will help you change the password and remove all logged-in devices.
