I Just Purchased Disney+ — How Do I Get Started?

1. First, open the Disney+ website or app and click Log In in the upper-right corner.

2. Make sure the account email/username and password you entered are correct.

If there are extra spaces before or after your password, you may receive an incorrect password error.

When entering your password, you can click the eye icon next to the password field to check for any unintended spaces.

3. Disney+ may require verification when you sign in.
