# How to Remove a Profile PIN

To remove the PIN from your profile and unlock it, please follow the steps below:

### Step 1: Go to the Edit Profile Page

* Log in to your Max subscription.

* On the profile selection screen, find the profile with the lock icon (🔒).

* Click Edit to enter profile editing mode.

* Click the pencil icon in the bottom-right corner of your profile to open the settings.

### Step 2: Turn Off Profile PIN

* On the Edit Profile page, find the Profile PIN setting.

* Click the toggle switch to turn it off and unlock the profile.

* You will be asked to enter your account password.

* After entering your password, click Save to confirm.

* A message will appear at the bottom of the page confirming: “The profile is now unlocked.”

### Step 3: Confirm the Change

Once the process is complete, you will see a message confirming that your profile PIN has been removed.

Your profile no longer requires a PIN to access.
