# [Netflix] How to Disable the 18+ PIN

### In rare cases, you may see this error when trying to watch 18+ content on Netflix. To resolve it, check your account settings through the official Netflix website.

### 1. Sign in to your Netflix account on the official Netflix website.

### 2. Go to your parental control or viewing restriction settings.
