# 【Netflix】This TV/device is not recognized as part of the household

# If you see the message “This TV or device isn’t part of your Netflix Household” when signing in, don’t worry. You can follow these steps to verify access safely:

1. On your TV or device, select “I’m Traveling” or “Watch Temporarily,” if the option is available.

2. Select “Send Email” to receive a verification link at the email address associated with the Netflix account.

3. Check your inbox and open the verification email sent by Netflix.

4. Follow the instructions in the email. If a verification code is shown, enter it on your TV or device.

5. Once verification is complete, you should be able to continue watching Netflix on that device.

# If you don’t receive the verification link or can’t complete the process, try the following alternatives:

Change networks:
* Sign out of your account.
* Restart your router to refresh the connection.
* Sign back in and try verifying the device again.
Use another device:
* Please note that Netflix may limit the number of verification requests from the same device within a certain period.
* If the issue continues, try signing in through a web browser and attempt verification again later.
For your security, always complete verification through official Netflix channels and avoid sharing links, codes, or account credentials with third parties.
