# 【Office365】How to Join a Family Group After Purchase

### ✅ Step 1: After your purchase, enter the email address of the account you want to add to the family group.



You can enter it on the subscription page.

### ✅ Step 2: Click the invitation link sent to your email and accept the invitation to join the family group.

### ✅ Step 3: Once you see the confirmation page, the setup is complete and you can start using the service.

### ⚠️ If you encounter any issues, please do not leave the family group right away. Wait for technical support to assist you.

### 🔄If you are already in a family group and need to switch:


1. You can leave your current family group and join again using the new invitation link.

2. Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner and select “Leave family group.”

3. After confirming that you have left the group, go back to your email and click the invitation link again to join the correct family group.
