How to Use TIDAL
After purchasing, go to Subscription to view your account credentials.
You will be using the account and password provided by us.
Open the official TIDAL website and click Log In.
Enter the provided account email/username and password to sign in.
⚠️ Important: Make sure there are no extra spaces when copying and pasting the login details, as this may cause a login error.
Once logged in, you can start enjoying all the music available on TIDAL!
If your subscription appears to have expired, please contact us through our website. We will verify the membership status of your account and assist you as soon as possible.
