When you click the invitation link, you may see a message similar to the one shown in the image.

There are two ways to resolve this issue. Please choose the option that works best for you.

Solution 1: Leave your current family group, then click the invitation link again to join.

1.Click on this page and scroll to the bottom of the page.

1. Select the menu, then choose “Leave Family Group”.
2. Confirm by selecting “Leave Family Group” again.
3. After leaving your current family group, click the invitation link again to join.

Important: If you created or joined a family group through another Google product, such as Google Play, Family Link, or Google One, you can also leave the family group from that product by following the steps below.

Google apps

1. Open the Google One app on your Android phone or tablet.
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Manage Family Settings”.
3. Tap “Manage Family Group”.
4. In the upper-right corner, tap “More” > “Leave Family Group”.
5. Tap “OK” to confirm.

Google One app (iPhone and iPad)

1. Open the Google One app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Family Settings” > “Manage Google Family Members”.
3. Sign in to your Google account if prompted.
4. Tap “More” > “Leave Family Group”.
5. Enter your password if required.
6. Tap “OK” to confirm.

Solution 2: Use a different YouTube email address.

If you do not want to leave your current family group, you can use another YouTube email address to join the YouTube Premium service provided by NFXBUS.

Submit your new YouTube email address on the NFXBUS subscription page. NFXBUS will then send a YouTube Premium invitation to that email address.
